Call me Libby. I've spent 5 years running large-scale IT programmes for complex organisations, from networks and cloud full infrastructure install to, digitisation, cybersecurity, and everything in between. I now work independently because I got tired of watching organisations pay top rates to agencies while the people doing the actual work saw a fraction of it. So I cut out the middleman.

When you hire me, you get the person who actually does the work. I manage the full programme infrastructure: planning, budgets, risk, governance, vendors, change management, stakeholder comms, and technical oversight. I coordinate teams of 30+ across technical, vendor, and internal resource. No layers of account managers between you and your delivery.

A Stalled Website Build Nobody Could Unblock with a Looming Deadline

A major national organisation had a heritage event website that had ground to a halt. Resources lost, subject matter experts departed, ever changing scope, multiple suppliers with no single point of control, and no clear path forward. They brought me in to take ownership and get it moving. I aligned all five teams, restructured the supplier relationships, and delivered the website in time for the event.
